Dion Houchins is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Houchens Industries, one of the largest 100% employee held companies in the world. Having joined Houchens Industries in February of 2009, Houchins served as Executive Vice President for 11 years before being named CEO and Chairman of the Board in April 2020. Houchins has an extensive career in accounting and finance and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University. He and his family are lifelong residents of South Central Kentucky.
