Houchens Industries has acquired Lee Masonry Products, Inc. and merged its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) into Houchens' ESOP, adding the well-established concrete product manufacturer to its diverse portfolio while preserving Lee Masonry's legacy and benefiting its employees' retirement plans.
